Q: Do magnetic save the dates require extra postage?
A: Good news! Our 2.5” x 3.5” save the date magnets are designed to fit in standard envelopes and typically ship with a single standard Forever stamp (1 oz). However, if you add heavy cardstock inserts or wax seals, we always recommend taking one assembled envelope to the post office to weigh it just to be safe.
Q: How long does it take to get my wedding magnets?
A: We know wedding planning runs on a tight schedule. Our standard turnaround time is just 2–4 business days for production in our California studio. Once shipped via USPS, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Need them faster? Message us about our Rush Processing options.
Q: Can I see a proof before you print?
A: Yes! We want your custom photo magnets to look perfect. After you upload your photo, we will send a digital proof to your email. We won't print anything until you give us the thumbs up.
Q: Do the envelopes come with the magnets?
A: Option 1 (Magnet Only) does not include envelopes. Option 2 and Option 3 include our premium white envelopes perfectly sized for the magnets.
