All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, branding, and design, is the property of Magnetify Me Studio and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

2. Custom Orders

All magnets are custom-made using the images and text you upload. Please make sure your files are high resolution and correctly formatted. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Processing & Shipping

• Orders are handmade and ship within 2–4 business days after image upload.

• We ship within the U.S. via USPS. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.

• Magnetify Me Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or carrier issues.

4. Returns & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to resolve the issue.

5. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• We accept secure online payment via major credit/debit cards and other options provided at checkout.

• Sales tax is applied to California orders in accordance with state law. Orders shipped outside of California are not taxed unless we are legally required to collect tax in that location.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will always be honored at the rate shown at the time of purchase.

By uploading images or logos, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them. We are not responsible for any copyright or trademark violations related to submitted content.
