Returns & Refunds policy

At Magnetify Me Studio, each product is custom-made with care based on your uploaded images and design instructions. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake or damage in your order.

Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable

All of our products are handmade and personalized. As such, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started or the order has shipped.

If There’s an Issue with Your Order

We want you to love your magnets! If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at πŸ“§ support@magnetifymestudio.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s)

  • A short description of the problem

We will review the situation and offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, as long as production has not begun and image files have not yet been submitted.

Gift Orders

If the order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, any approved refund or store credit will be issued to the original purchaser or sent as a digital gift credit, depending on the situation.

Final Notes

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests for:

  • Orders reported beyond 7 days of delivery

  • Issues caused by low-resolution or incorrect image uploads

  • Minor color or crop variations due to the handmade process
